Unfortunately we can not offer help regarding problems with your internet connection, browser or computer hardware.

However, if you are experiencing problems using our site (such as not being unable to add items to your shopping basket) then please read the brief F.A.Q. section below.

	What personal information does footballkits.com store about me?
	We request and store the very minimum amount of data about our customers. The shopping basket was designed to be annonymous using a simple ID number while you are using our website. The only time we request personal information is when you proceed to the checkout to pay for the items in your shopping basket. This information is solely used to send your orders to the supplied address and possibly contact you by phone in the rare event that your order can not be completed at that precise moment in time.

	I am unable to add items to the shopping basket
	Certain software such as a Firewall, Privacy program or simply your browser's setting may prevent this from working. Please adjust your privacy or browser settings to a slightly lower setting or briefly disable them in order to place your order with us.

	I have changed the settings, but still can not add items to the basket.
	You can make a note of the product SKU codes that wish to purchase and either email us or contact us by phone to place your order.

	What browser should I use?
	We suggest using Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5, or, Netscape v6 and above.
